Work

Projects we've built and shipped - what hurt, what we changed, and what came of it.

Pretplata

E-commerce · Subscriptions
pretplata.rs
Problem

The existing newspaper-subscription shop was slow, dated, and clunky to use - and effectively invisible to Google. The owners wanted a redesign that was easy to navigate, reliable, fast, and SEO-friendly.

Solution

A full rebuild: a clean modern interface, fast performance end-to-end, SEO-friendly architecture, and a checkout designed around the real subscriber journey.

Outcome

Sales jumped 4–5× over the previous site, with much stronger Google visibility and a far smoother experience for new and returning subscribers.

Portal Pravda

News · Media
plus.pravda.rs
Problem

A strong, decade-old news portal was running on aging software that caused outages, lost revenue, and chipped away at its reputation. The team needed a complete replacement - plus new monetization, primarily a subscription product - to push the business forward.

Solution

Rebuilt from scratch on modern, fast, reliable technology - optimized for both Google and the real people using it: readers who browse, and editors who publish all day. A subscription product was added on top as a new revenue channel.

Outcome

A stable platform - no more outages, no more revenue leaks. Editors became measurably more productive. A higher Google ranking drove more traffic and more revenue, and the new subscription product took the business to a new level.

Internal data analytics

Internal tools · Analytics
Internal project
Problem

A client had years of valuable data scattered across Excel sheets - never centralized, never properly used. They needed one system that surfaced what the data was actually saying.

Solution

A centralized internal application that pulls in every data source and turns it into clear, graphical dashboards built around the questions the business actually asks.

Outcome

Faster, better-informed decisions across the team. Significant time savings on reporting, and concrete cost cuts where the data exposed the obvious.
